PIN at pickup
Every ride has its own four-digit PIN on your screen. The driver must enter it before the trip can start. Check the plate, read the PIN, and you know you are in the right car.
Delivery codes
Parcels and food orders finish only when the courier enters the code held by the receiver. Without it, the job stays open.
Live trip sharing
Send a link to anyone you like. They can follow the trip on a map without an account, and the link only shows that one trip.
SOS button
Press it during a trip and your location and trip details go straight to our operations team, along with the driver's details. In immediate danger, call 112911 first. We are not an emergency service.
Verified, agreement-signed drivers
Nobody takes a job on BookMyRide until our team has reviewed their licencelicense, ID, photo and vehicle registration, plus insurance and roadworthiness papers for cars and trucks. Then they sign a driver agreement that commits them to traffic law, to treating every customer with respect, and to never driving under the influence.
